For life-long value, you could be sure Jamie will recommend tennis as the ideal sport for kids or adults to learn. He picked up a racquet at five and by the time he was 13, Jamie held the No.1 Australian ranking in his age group, and by 18 he was ranked No. 4. He began his now-23-year professional coaching career overseas, after establishing ATP tour-rankings. He worked with Elite US Juniors at the Dennis Van Der Meer Tennis Academy in South Carolina, then developed and managed the Gray Rocks Resort tennis-holidays program in Canada. Jamie still plays seniors tours today, while he runs his tennis academy - Fletcher tennis, which specialises in children and adults' coaching. He is looking forward to working with the club to build on kids comps, coaching, and new programs like MLC Hotshots kids tennis and adults Cardio tennis.
